Deliverables shown above are examples, not a fixed bundle. Specialty consultants, surveys, testing, and legal advice are identified or coordinated when a project requires them.

Approvals + testimony

A proposal should be understandable before it is persuasive.

Brendan’s experience includes planning-board testimony. BLAST can help organize architectural evidence, coordinate the design response, and present the parts of a proposal that require clear explanation—within a project team that may also include civil, traffic, planning, legal, and other specialists.
